Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Prompt Licensing

We state our data practices, browser storage rules, and prompt licensing terms in plain language. You can also view standalone pages for our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Privacy and Data Collection

You browse the PixPrompt gallery and copy prompt strings without registering an account or submitting personal contact details.

Our web servers log standard HTTP request metadata such as browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and anonymised IP addresses to prevent automated scraping and maintain uptime. We do not sell personal contact lists to data brokers.

2. Browser Storage and Cookies

We store two preferences inside your browser local storage: your light or dark color theme selection and the IDs of prompts you bookmark.

You control this data through your browser settings. Clearing site data in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox removes your saved bookmark IDs and resets your theme preference.

3. Third-Party Advertising

We fund free access to the PixPrompt directory through display and native ad placements. Our ad partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to measure ad impressions and frequency.

You can restrict third-party ad cookies at any time using your browser privacy controls or system-level tracking settings on iOS and Android.

4. Prompt Licensing and Commercial Rights

You may copy, modify, and run any text prompt published on PixPrompt for personal projects, studio moodboards, or commercial client work without attribution fees.

Ownership of the images you generate using third-party AI engines follows the terms of service of the platform you run, such as Midjourney, Black Forest Labs Flux, OpenAI DALL-E, or Stability AI.

5. Acceptable Use and Site Terms

You agree to access PixPrompt through standard web browsers. You must not deploy automated bots to scrape bulk images or overwhelm our servers with denial-of-service traffic.

We provide all prompt formulas on an as-is basis. AI image generators update their model weights over time, so output variations will occur across different seeds and engine versions.
